I took my 80 year old mom in this morning for an extraction that she needed. She has lots of dental phobias and had been reluctant to have the tooth removed. The staff was so wonderful! The front office ladies were super friendly and so great with my mom. Melissa the office manager was so kind and chatted with us. Lexi, the assistant was super great and caring, explaining everything to my mom. Dr. Golding was fantastic, my moms first comment when he brought me back to see her was “he’s good!”. To say our visit was anything but exceptional would be understated. Thanks for all you did today! I’m impressed and will always recommend this team for anyone needing treatment at an Oral Surgeons office!
Got one lower wisdom tooth out here with Dr. Golding. At my consultation he and the rest of the team made me feel very comfortable in that in would be an easy process, and it was! At my surgery I was having some anxiety with the IV and everyone was great, even placed a cold towel on my forehead and made small talk with me to calm me down. They stitched me up super well after and everything was done pretty fast :) Thanks for making what seemed like such a scary feat so quick and easy! Also all of the workers at the front desk are so friendly. Good vibes all around
Wow! My new patient experience was the best. Loved that I could save time and complete all new patient paperwork online before visit. When I arrived Jennifer and Karissa were so warm and welcoming. I was happy to hear all my paperwork had been received so nothing additional needed. Just a short wait and Krista the assistant was there, she was very friendly. It was nice to meet Dr Sabol - he was so professional, through and made me feel really comfortable about my upcoming surgery. Beautiful practice, kind and professional team. It obvious they love what they do and taking care of patients too. Actually looking forward to my surgery. :)
Everyone at Oral and Facial Surgeons of Arizona is wonderful. I had major anxiety with my tooth extraction appointment. I opted to be awake for the procedure but was still very anxious even with my headphones and humming through the procedure. Krista and Dr. Golding were so kind and very comforting. I really appreciate Krista taking a little extra time with me and talking to me to calm my nerves. From the front desk to the final post operation appointment, everyone was really amazing. I will recommend this office over and over. THANK YOU!
I was very nervous about my procedure. Luckily, Hannah walked me back to the room and explained everything very well. Her bedside manner was excellent and she calmed me down as she walked through each step of putting me to sleep. She wheeled me right to the car when the procedure was over. Dr. Golding was excellent, too. I appreciated his honesty in laying out my options and giving me plenty of advance notice about the possibility of a bone graft, which was necessary in the end. I’m so thankful to everyone at the office for making my experience pleasant!
Absolutely the best of the best! HIGHLY recommend! The entire staff is friendly, professional, happy, knowledgeable, and reassuring. I recently had my wisdom teeth removed and a consultation on an implant and Dr. Golding was so patient with all of my questions and forthcoming about the pros and cons of my treatment plan so I felt comfortable knowing what to expect without surprises. On the day of extraction they explained everything again in detail that would happen and made me feel so safe in their care! Really first class service - I can’t imagine a better team. Thanks for taking such good care of me!
